「重要节展」上海国际电影节

第23届上海国际电影节于2020年7月25日至8月2日举行，是新冠肺炎疫情发生后我国首个举办的重大国际性电影节庆活动，也是全球首个以线上线下结合的方式举办的国际A类电影节。根据疫情防控常态化管理的要求，本届电影节推出了金爵奖和亚洲新人奖的官方入选影片名单，在线举办了“国际影视云市场”，在影院、露天和线上分别举办了影展，以现场和连线相结合的形式举办了金爵电影论坛和电影项目创投。上海国际电影节的顺利举办，向国际社会彰显了中国防疫的成果，向行业发出了攻坚克难再出发的强烈信号，为丰富人民群众文化生活、打响“上海文化”品牌作出了贡献。

The 23th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF) was held between July 25th and August 2nd, 2020. It was the first major international film festival held in China since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the first FIAPF accredited competitive feature film festival in the world that was held in a hybrid online-and-offline format. Following the requirements of regular epidemic prevention and control, this year's SIFF managed to announce the official selections for the Golden Goblet Awards and Asian New Talent Awards, and launched the International Film and TV Online Market. Film screenings took place in theaters, outdoor, and online simultaneously. SIFFORUM and SIFF PROJECT were organized in a format that combined both physical events and virtual conferences. SIFF successfully taking place not only highlighted China's achievement in epidemic control to the world, but also sent out strong signals that encourage the industry to overcome current difficulties and restart. It enriched the cultural life for the citizens and contributed to promoting "Shanghai Culture" as a brand.
